The product is shipped in liquid form. You must freeze it to consume it.
1. Set your freezer at -8 degree C & leave them there overnight.
2. Leave your ice pops on top of an ice tray or ice cubes and leave them there overnight.
3. Try dipping your ice pops in water and then freezing them overnight.

- Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days , North Eastern, J &K, ANN region may take more 5 days in addition.
- Metro cities delivery time 2-4 business days.
- All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm IST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm IST is processed the next business day. All packages are delivered subject to Logistics partner's working days and schedule

Your delivery partner refuse to deliver to our door step
I have tired reaching out multiple times .. to you guys and to the delivery pocs . But I havent received my order.. now this feels like a waste of my time and money.. call me or whatsapp me atleast someone should reply to me ..
I had a very bad experience with my recent purchase. All the boxes are badly broken seems rats have attacked it. Many pops are empty. Need an immediate attention from skippi team.
How can i say,cause i still not received my order from last 7 days.i have call so many times in customer support but no answer by anybody and track parcel through your website but not tracking it.i am connecting you last two days but no any kind of response from your side. worth service and unexpected from skippi.I didn't expect this to happen from the Skippi side.
